The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying the local area, so close to Winterthur, restaurants, shopping, and local shopping centers. The room was huge with a very impressive menu, and the staff was amicable. The location was convenient and stunning, just a 10-15 minute walk from Terrain. Loved it, I did not want to leave and I would be happy to recommend this venue.

Fish smell on floor. Was told by staff someone was cooking. Rugs being cleaned all afternoon on our floor. Very noisy. Something happening in next door room some kind of machine running from inside room all night, also noisy.

Gave us an old handycap room. This stay was not as good as November.

The staff are consistently courteous. the location is particularly good and ideal, 2 miles from Brandywine Battlefield.

When I arrived late in the evening they could not locate my reservation and I was kept waiting over 30 minutes (i.e.with15 mintues to locate staff). Apparenlty they mis-filed it and I received no apology for the diffuculties. I would not run hotel like that.

The hotel is comfortable and has an amazing location, just next to Longwood Gardens and many restaurants such as P.F. Chang's across the street. The room was brand-new with a good size and had nice bathroom products.

The location was fine and the folks with small kids seemed to like the variety of cereal and hot food. Breakfast was adequate but you should ask for a specially made omelette if you want eggs; plenty of juice, bread and clean tables.

One of the elevators made loud noises so we avoided it whenever we could and took the stairs. Our room wasn't serviced the second day we were there which the front desk attributed to our leaving the do-not-disturb sign on until almost 11 am. Maybe that was our misunderstanding but we thought someone would have checked the room at some point after 11 am.

The cleanliness

We paid for a room with one queen size bed and got a room with two double beds. The same thing happened to my mother inlaw the same night we stayed. It also took us for ever to get checked in. The elderly man that worked the desk was not comfortable using a computer.

The hotel is clean and bright. The staff is pleasant. The rooms have an impressive menu. The hotel is centrally located. It's a relaxing base for exploring Glen Mills. There is a great restaurant with an impressive menu.

Location adjacent to restaurants as well as the shopping centers. For shots visit Hooters, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

We are always pleased with our stay. Personnel is just wonderful, and the complimentary breakfast is great.

The staff here are super nice and friendly, and the room totally blew me away with its fantastic menu! 🌟 Plus, you can't beat the convenience of this central location.

The location to Nudy's Cafe was comfy and great. The room was clean and included a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. The private bathroom was good.
